Notice regarding the First Transplantation of Regenerative Medicine Product "RiHEART®"

We are pleased to announce that on September 29, 2026,the first transplantation for our regenerative medicine product, "RiHEART®," since its inclusion in the National Health Insurance (NHI) program.,The operation  was successfully performed as shown below.

1. Overview 

"RiHEART®" became eligible for coverage under the public health insurance system on September 1, 2026, enabling its use in insured medical treatments. On September 29, 2026, the first transplantation procedure following its insurance coverage was completed smoothly for a patient at Osaka Police Hospital.

2. Future Outlook 

The impact of this event on our financial performance has already been incorporated into the full-year consolidated financial forecast announced on July 28, 2026. Should any revisions become necessary, we will disclose them promptly.

We will continue to strengthen our collaboration with medical institutions, ensuring patient safety while promoting the widespread adoption of "RiHEART®" to make it available to patients in need.
